Exterior - Baha Mar
Baha Mar is a luxury resort on the island of New Providence in the Bahamas. It includes four hotels – Baha Mar Casino & Hotel, Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar, SLS LUX, and Rosewood at Baha Mar – with 2,200 rooms, 284 private residences, a 100,000-square-foot (9,300 m2) casino, a 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) spa, and the Tournament Players Club at Baha Mar golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Six years after breaking ground, the first phase of the project opened to guests and visitors in May 2017, consisting of the Grand Hyatt and SLS hotels.
Designed by Mike Hong Architects, DHA Designs provided the exterior and landscape lighting design for all areas of the site (excluding the Convention Centre) from concept through to the final stages of the project with Baha Mar Ltd in 2015.
